Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be emailed to:

• siddhi@hello sunshinebirthservices.com, with the word “Cancellation” in the subject line.

• To receive a refund (minus a non-refundable 50% administration fee) cancellation must be received in writing at least four (3) weeks before the scheduled course/class/program date.

• Please understand that when you cancel a class or program, we may not be able to reschedule another person in the spot that was reserved for you.

• If you register for a course/class/ series less than 3 weeks before the start date of a class, no refund will be made.

• No exceptions will be made, and credit will not be given toward another program.

• Hello Sunshine will accept substitutions or transfers for registrants only when Hello Sunshine is notified two weeks before the start date of the course.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the requested date of the refund. Hello Sunshine is not responsible for refund delays caused by third parties, including your bank.

• Money will be refunded in the manner paid, minus 50%, for administration fees.

• Hello Sunshine reserves the right to cancel courses/classes/series due to insufficient registration or other circumstances beyond our control. A full refund will be given, for the courses/classes/program that were not provided by Hello Sunshine, if such a cancellation does occur.

Refunds After Starting a Class

• Refunds will not be given if the participant has attended a class or has attended one program/event in a series of classes. Exceptions will be made if the birth of your baby happens before the class ending date. In that situation, the cost of the class will be prorated.

 

• Classes that are paid for by a credit card can be refunded back to that card only if the original payment has not gone over 90 days, allow 5-10 business days to see the credit on your statement.  Hello Sunshine Birth Services may take up to 4 weeks to process your refund in some cases.

• Bank refund timeframes and policies differ. Hello Sunshine Birth Services has no control or engagement with  financial institutions regarding refunds timeframes and policies.

Discussion Group Release of Liability

For and in consideration of allowing me to participate in an online virtual OR in-person discussion group hosted by Hello Sunshine Birth Services, I, for myself, and on behalf of my spouse, children, parents, guardians, heirs, and next of kin, and any legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby agree to and make the following contractual representations:

I understand and acknowledge that this activity is not therapy nor a therapeutic group, and that no client/therapist relationship is formed by my participation.

The information provided to me is educational only and does not constitute the provision of medical, psychological or other professional health care treatment services.

In exchange for allowing me to participate, I hereby waive and covenant not to sue, and further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Hello Sunshine Birth Services and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and volunteers (collectively, the “Waived Parties”), from any and all liability, claim(s), demand(s), cause(s) of action, damage(s), loss or expense, including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees of any kind or nature whatsoever (together and separately, “Liability”) which may arise out of, result from, or relate to my participation. I further agree that if, despite this Agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, make a claim for Liability against any of the Waived Parties, I will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Waived Parties from any such Liability which may be incurred as a result of such a claim that I might have against the Waived Parties or anyone associated with the virtual support groups.

 

Confidentiality Agreement

All patrons agree to the following:  I agree that I will not share the meeting login information or link with anyone, that I will not allow anyone to share my meeting connection without their individual registration per this page, and will be solely responsible for any breach of these covenants.

 

I agree that all information discussed, shared and referred to in a discussion group, is strictly confidential and can not be shared with anyone outside the group for any reason.

Intellectual Property Rights​

All Content included on The Hello Sunshine Birth Services Website and the copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in that Content, unless specifically labeled otherwise, belongs to or has been licensed by Us.  All Content is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws and treaties.
